RED SAUCE Shellfish Recipes

300 grams of shellfish small size - is, clean (shells that have been removed from theshell)
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
50 cc of water
1 stalk spring onions finely sliced
sugar to taste
salt to taste
Finely chopped Seasoning:

3 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
5 red chilies
1 cm ginger
