pasta Bake

Serves 6

2 tablespoons butter
5 red onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1x1x4 cm
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1x1x4 cm
150 grams of broccoli, cut into pieces
50 grams of peas
3-4 pieces of bacon, cut into pieces
200 grams of dry pasta spirals, cooked, drained
300 ml of liquid milk
1.5 (one half) tablespoon flour
200 ml broth
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
50 grams of grated cheddar cheese
Fresh basil leaves for topping

How to Make:
Heat butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the red peppers, yellow peppers,broccoli, peas, and bacon. Add the pasta is boiling, stir well. Put the pasta in a bowl stirheat-resistant, smooth.
Combine milk, flour, broth, eggs, pepper, nutmeg, sugar, and salt. Beat well. Pour into adish containing pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Flatten.
Bake in hot oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked, remove from heat. Serve with a sprinkling of basil.
