Brown Sugar Coconut milk pudding

200 grams of brown sugar
50 grams sugar
200 cc of water
First quarter BKS agar
10 lbr lime leaves
2 eggs
500 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt
How to Make:
Boil brown sugar, granulated sugar, lime leaves with 200 cc of water until boiling andsugar dissolves.
Boil gelatin with coconut milk, stirring with salt, stir until boiling. Pour the sugar water intogelatin that has been cooked, boil again, stirring frequently.
Whisk the eggs, pour in the agar-agar is still hot with whipped until well blended.
Pour the pudding into a mold that has been moistened with boiled water, let cool.
