Mayonnaise Paprika Shrimp

Mayonnaise Paprika Shrimp
ingredients:
500 peeled shrimp, medium size
75 g cornstarch
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
cooking oil
Paprika Mayonnaise Sauce:
100 ml of bottled mayonnaise
Sweetened condensed milk 2 tablespoons white
1 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon gelatin powder, mix with 1 tablespoon warm water to clear
20 g red pepper, chopped

How to make:
- Cut the back of the shrimp, rinse under running water until completely clean.
- Drain, wipe it dry.
- Stir the cornstarch, flour, pepper and salt until blended.
-   coat  each shrimp with the flour mixture until blended.
- Fry in hot oil with a lot of moderate to dry. Drain.
- Paprika Mayonnaise Sauce: Stir all ingredients (except paprika) until blended.
- Add chopped bell pepper and stir well.

- Serve the fried shrimp with Paprika Mayonnaise Sauce.
