Fresh Mint Coffee

 Estimated Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
450 ml of water
6 mint leaves
1 cm ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon Nestlé MILO
3 teaspoons NESCAFÉ Classic
2 tablespoons NESCAFÉ Coffemate
3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Milk Foam
chocolate Powder

How to Treat:

A. Boil water with mint leaves and ginger to the boil for a while. Lift.
2. Strain and reserve the water.
3. Mix this into the cooking water; MILO, NESCAFÉ Classic, Coffemate NESCAFÉ and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
4. Pour in 2 cups of fruit.
5. Give topping and serve immediately.

- To be making milk foam topping, whipped full cream liquid milk is boiled with a mixeruntil smooth and frothy drinks move to the surface.
