Duck Satay Recipe - Bali

Materials

400 grams of duck meat and skin
100 ml coconut milk
puree

6 red onions
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
4 pieces of red pepper curls
3 eggs hazelnut
2 cm turmeric
3 cm galangal
½ tsp shrimp paste fried
