Tiramisu

A special dessert, of course, can make a memorable meal. This time we present of theItalian dessert, Tiramisu. Indeed, in a large pastry shop or restaurant desserts are widely available, not hurt you to try at home. To the container can be placed on a baking sheet orin a cocktail glass.
These ingredients are necessary:

• 400 gr mascarpone cheese
• 150 ml heavy cream

• 2 tablespoons brandy
• 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
• ¼ teaspoon of vanilla powder

Mocha cream:

• 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, sifted
• shaved chocolate or chocolate coffee bean shape, for garnish

How To Make:
A. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
2. Add cheese gradually while beat until smooth and blended.
3. Place the brandy and coffee in a bowl. Dip the dry sponge in the solution until slightlydamp coffee
4. 4 Prepare a cocktail glass. Place the biscuits and cheese mixture alternately until theglass is full
5. Sprinkle each surface with cocoa powder. Store in refrigerator until hardened.

Moka Cream:
6. Tim essens chocolate with coffee until melted. Remove and let cool.
7. Beat the cream until thick, put chocolate is melted with a shake until blended. Store inrefrigerator for 30 minutes.
8. Presentation: Garnish the surface of the tiramisu with mocha cream. Sprinkle withpowdered sugar and decorate with shaved chocolate or chocolate coffee bean shape.
