500 grams of beef gandik intact
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lime juice
8 tablespoons cooking oil
10 red chilies
12 red onions
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
How to Make Jerky Meat Cuisine Balado:

Discard the tendons in the meat.
Thin slices of meat in the direction of meat fibers.
Squeeze the flesh, lime juice, and salt.
Drying the pieces of meat in the hot sun to dry.
Fry until crisp over low heat, set aside.
Coarse mash, red pepper, red onion. Saute in hot oil,
season to taste salt, and lime juice. Stir until wilted.
Insert pieces of meat, then remove from heat and stir well and serve.
